Withdrawing Your Child

MOVING OUT OF TOWN?

If you are moving out of Clementon School District, you must disenroll your child by completing our Transfer Out Form below. Please email the completed form and a copy of your photo id to the appropriate secretary:

(Parent/Guardian Photo ID Must Be Submitted for Verification)

Once we receive the necessary documentation, an Official Transfer Card will be generated and sent directly to the new school. Your child's files will be forwarded to the new school once we receive a signed Record Request from them.

PLANNING TO HOMESCHOOL YOUR CHILD?

If you are planning to homeschool your child, you must write a letter stating this intention to the attention of the Superintendent, Mrs. Kathleen Haines. You will also need to disenroll your child by completing our Transfer Out Form (shown above). Please email the homeschooling letter, the Transfer Out Form, and a copy of your photo id to the Superinendent's Administrative Assistant, Trish Harvie at harviep@clemsd.org.

Once we receive the necessary documentation, you will be sent a confirmation letter from the Superintendent with important information about NJDOE requirements for homeschooling.
