REPORTING CHANGES TO YOUR CHILD'S HEALTH:
Please be sure to keep the nurse informed of any changes to your child's health:
- To report any changes or health/medical concerns during the school year, please contact Mrs. Stephanie Reilly at reillys@clemsd.org.
- Health and medical information should also be updated each summer via the Annual Registration process. You will receive notification when Annual Registration is open prior to the start of a new school year.
